QX Leadership conference

This weekend (12.-13.07.2024) I had the honor to present parts of my effective impact framework in a session at the QX-Quarterly Crossing Leadership Conference in Berlin.

In order to build an effective purpose company, a good interaction from emotions and rationality is needed from my experience.
❤️ The purpose and values unlock the emotions in the people that drive the company by motivating and guiding them while making the brand more relatable.
📊 Comparing and focusing on effective levers, regularly tracking process and adjusting meanwhile helps to make sure that quick progress is made in the right direction for a lasting positive impact.

I enjoyed the diverse topics of interesting key notes and sessions that gave new and inspiring input in various directions ranging from keeping options open for gamechanger opportunities (Daniel W. Dippold), using the triad of purpose, impact and brand to motivate people (Sophia Rödiger, Carsten Buchberger), and setting the right incentives to create the desired impact (Thomas Fritz), via the important aspects while scaling from 10-100 employees (Antonia Hammer), to the possibility of making sustainability a success factor for companies (Ulrike Stroh), and the growing need for climate change adaptation in addition to mitigation (Daniel Schmitz-Remberg).
